Some terms about the wine cabinet

1. Straight cold. The wine cabinet of direct cooling compressor is a natural heat conduction refrigeration mode. The temperature in the cabinet is reduced by the natural convection of low temperature on the surface of the evaporator, so as to achieve the temperature difference in the box tends to be the same, but the temperature cannot be completely uniform. The temperature near the cold source point is low, and the temperature far from the cold source point is high. Compared with air-cooled compressor wine cabinet, direct cooling compressor wine cabinet will be quieter due to less fan mixing.


2. The air is cold. The air-cooled compressor wine cabinet is to isolate the cold source from the air in the box, and use a fan to extract the cold source air and blow it into the box and mix it. The built-in fan promotes the air flow and virtuous circulation, and ensures the temperature of different spaces in the wine cabinet to be uniform and stable.


3. Single temperature. Single temperature means that there is only one temperature zone in the wine cabinet, and the internal temperature is the same.


4. Double temperature. Double temperature refers to that the wine cabinet is divided into two temperature zones, which are divided into two parts: the upper part is the low temperature zone, and the temperature control range of the low temperature zone is generally 5-12 ℃; the lower part is the high temperature zone, and the temperature control range of the high temperature zone is 12-22 ℃.


5. Frequency conversion. The variable frequency compressor can be divided into two parts, one is the variable frequency controller, which is often referred to as the frequency converter; the other is the compressor. The principle of frequency conversion controller is to convert the alternating current in the power grid into the square wave pulse output. By adjusting the German frequency of the square wave pulse (i.e. adjusting the duty cycle), the motor speed of the driving compressor can be controlled.

As the frequency conversion makes the refrigerating capacity adjustable, the refrigerating capacity of the wine cabinet can be well matched with the load of the wine cabinet to avoid unnecessary energy consumption; when the required refrigerating capacity of the wine cabinet is small, the compressor can operate at a low speed to reduce the number of starts of the wine cabinet.


6. Temperature zone. The temperature region is the region with the same temperature. The wine cabinet can be divided into single temperature area wine cabinet, double temperature area wine cabinet and multi temperature area wine cabinet.
